uh, never used (S)XEmacsen packaging system, but Steve might know the
answer..

just do `H-: (xwem-keytt-global-mode) RET' or add this sexp to .xwemrc

After this you can use some Emacs keys in various applications. To get
know about particular keys available use `H-h m' when application is
the current xwem client
