I added now the 'Load "record" to my xorg.conf, and the H-x and others
works! :)

This version of XWEM are installed with
XEmacs version 21.4.19 November 2006
on Debian GNU/Linux Etch. :)

   1.  Start XEmacs
   2. From the menu choose:
      Tools -> Packages -> Set Download Site -> choose a site
      Tools -> Packages -> List and Install
   3. In the resulting buffer that is a list of all the available
packages, scroll down to xlib and select it with RET. Also select
xwem.
   4. From the menu choose:
      Packages -> Add Required (to add any packages that you may be missing)
      Packages -> Add/Remove Selected
   5. When it's all finished, restart XEmacs.
