Hi Evgeny!

I've been noticing some odd behaviour with `H-a x'
(`xwem-launch-xterm')...

It doesn't always start the xterm in the current XWEM frame. But it
seems to start all xterms in the same frame. But _that_ frame isn't
always the same one from one XWEM session to the next.

And if that isn't bad enough, it doesn't always happen. But once it
happens once in a session, it will happen every time from then on.

It's almost like XWEM is choosing a random frame to expect all
xterms.
