Thanks for your interest in xwem.  Try to install xlib/xwem from
XEmacs packages for the first time.  After some time of use, you might
try to install xlib/xwem from arch repository ..

>From the attached file i might see only that your xlib
installation/compilation tottally broken .. just for the case - make
sure you are using (S)XEmacs and not GNU Emacs
