115 0xffed (Hyper_L)
116 0xffee (Hyper_R)
128 0x0000 (NoSymbol) 0xffed (Hyper_L)
Looks to me like if I can remove that 128 completely everything would
be sweet. Can I do that? How?

Although the last problem I had with Hyper was affected by the state
of the numlock (remember that way back in the pre 1.0 days), this time
numlock isn't affecting it at all.
