There's no real noticeable difference.

That was the good news.  The bad news is that balloon-help is still
just as bad with XWEM as it always has been. :-(  My initial tests
very quickly went from a positive experience to a negative one.  So
much so that I have once again turn off balloon-help-mode. :-(
