Themes - button bar area

Greetings!

I am curious how I can change the color of the button bar area in the
bottom right area of the screen. Where the worklog, time, osd all
appear.

I have copied the extrim theme out of xwem-theme.el and have modified
quite a bit of it to fit my desire but I am not figuring out how to
change the bottom toolbar area.
