In general getting bad window error is ok.  Probably it is even
convinient to disable alarming in xwem minibuffer about it.  But i'm
not sure about it beacuse you've got critical situation after such
error.  If you ever will get it again please recover in memory steps
that leads to the situation, every click, every key press, etc

hehe, i meant that info is more then enough.  So of course it will
help :)

Actually viewing this, i see everything as viewing my five fingers. 
But in future it will be usefull to post some latest xwem messages from
" *xwem-messages*" buffer.

What about writing `report-xwem-bug' Steve? :)
